Arqoria (ARQORIA LTDA, CNPJ 68.055.055/0001-32, Curitiba, Brazil) collects only what is needed to reply to people who contact us. The website uses no cookies, ad trackers, social media pixels or audience measurement tools. This policy follows Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Lei 13.709/2018, LGPD) and applies to the website arqoria.com.br.

Data collected

• Contact form: name, company (optional), WhatsApp or email, and message (optional). The data is sent immediately by email to the Arqoria team and is not stored in a database on the website.
• Technical access data: the hosting provider (Vercel), like any server, records IP address, browser and pages accessed, for security and to keep the service running. The IP address is also included in the form email, to block automated mass submissions.

How the data is used

• To reply to your message and understand what your company needs.
• To prepare a proposal and contract and, if agreed, to provide the service.
• To meet legal and tax obligations, such as issuing invoices.

Arqoria does not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for advertising.

Retention

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to reply and follow up on the conversation. Contract and invoice data are kept for the period required by law. You may request deletion of anything that is not a legal obligation at any time.

Your rights

Under the LGPD, you may request confirmation that Arqoria holds your data, access, correction, deletion, portability and information about who it was shared with, by emailing contato@arqoria.com.br.
